Returns

We accept return or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Not damaged due to misuse

Please contact our support team before returning any item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days after receiving your order.

In these cases, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

Please provide photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, wrong size, or wrong design compared to your order, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are custom-made or printed on demand, we cannot accept returns in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Color differences due to screen display

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor design placement differences


Refund Process

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. After this period, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
